Creamy Broccoli Carrot Soup
Broccoli and carrots are 2 of the most nutritious vegetables. Both of these super veggies are packed full of vitamins, minerals and fibre.
NOTE: To serve more people just increase as needed!
1 head of broccoli (chopped)
2 or 3 carrots (Peeled and chopped)
2 liters of water
Restore Micro Sliced Chia Seeds.
1) Bring water to boil.
2) Add carrots
3) Add Broccoli
4) Cover and boil on Medium
5) Heat for 30 minutes.
6) Transfer to Blender
7) Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of salt (to taste)
8) Add 1 teaspoon of black better
9) Add 1 Heaping tablespoon of Restore Micro Sliced Chia Seeds.
12) Add Salt if desired
13) Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes.
