NOTE: To serve more people just increase as needed!

Ingredients:

1 banana (ripe)
1 egg
1 heaping tablespoon Restore Micro Sliced Chia Seeds
2-4 tablespoons virgin coconut oil.

Instructions

  1. Peel banana and place into mixing bowl..

  2. Mash banana

  3. Add egg and mix well

  4. Add 1 heaping tablespoon of Restore Micro Sliced Chia Seeds

  5. Mix well

  6. Add oil into frying pan… coat well

  7. Heat oil on medium heat until hot (approximately 1 minute)

  8. Reduce heat to medium low

  9. Pour mix in pan, partitioned into 3 pancakes

  10. Cook 1 ½ – 2 minutes each side (more if needed)

  11. When browning and very soft, remove and serve

  12. Add any toppings (sliced fruits, honey, syrup, etc)
