NOTE: To serve more people just increase as needed!

Ingredients:

1 peeled orange
1 peeled banana
1 cup of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 heaping teaspoon of Restore Micro Sliced Chia
1 Blender
½ liter of water.

Instructions

  1. Add water into blender

  2. Add fruits into blender

  3. Add Restore Micro Sliced Chia into blender.

  4. Blend for 20-30 seconds

  5. Allow to sit for 1 minute.

  6. Pour into glass.

  7. ENJOY!
