Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Delivery duration is 2 to 3 days from our designated delivery days, which are Mondays and Wednesdays.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after we send it.
If products are damaged or lost during shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us via WhatsApp or email. The customer will be instructed on how to file a claim. RestoreSingapore.com will make all best efforts to resolve all claims on a case-by-case basis. Final decisions regarding the replacement of the product are the sole responsibility of RestoreSingapore.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
