Strawberry Bananza

Mushrooms are high in fibre and vitamin D, and have the same enzymes found in meat! Onions and garlic are high in important vitamins and minerals

NOTE: To serve more people just increase as needed!

Ingredients:

500 ml water
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 banana (peeled)
1 heaping tablespoon of Restore Micro Sliced Chia

Instructions

1) Add all ingredients into blender

2) Blend until smooth

3) Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes

4) Enjoy!
