NOTE: To serve more people just increase as needed!

Ingredients:

1 peeled banana.
5-7 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
½ liter water
1 heaping tablespoon of Restore Micro Sliced Chia.
Blender

Instructions

  1. Add water and fruits to blender.
  2. Add Restore Micro Sliced Chia
  3. Blend 30 seconds.
  4. Allow to sit for 1 minute.
  5. Pour and ENJOY!
