Super Healthy Restore French Toast

Mushrooms are high in fibre and vitamin D, and have the same enzymes found in meat! Onions and garlic are high in important vitamins and minerals

NOTE: To serve more people just increase as needed!


1 heaping tablespoon Restore Micro Sliced Chia Seeds.
1 egg
2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil (add more if needed)
1 slice of whole meal bread.
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)


1.     Whip into mixing bowl

2.     Add cinnamon (optional) Mix well.

3.     Soak whole meal bread with mix,

4.     Add oil to frying pan.

5.     Heat on medium heat until hot (approximately 1 minute)

6.     Lower heat to low

7.     Add soaked whole meal bread

8.     Cook for 1-2 minutes each side (as preferred)

9.     Place bread onto plate and top with any toppings preferred. (examples: sliced bananas, berries, sautéed green apple, honey syrup, etc)
